Do you have a returns policy?
Yes, we do accept returns in line with our standard operating guidelines. Any factory faults will be covered directly by us or our supplier and you have the option of either a replacement or refund. Standard wear and tear is not covered by any warranty or guarantee , however we will be able to offer replacement parts based on the needs of the customer. Returns are to be paid in full by the customer and you should make us aware of any faults within 14 days from purchase.
